Not all women who train in Kick Boxing want to compete in the
ring, many do it for the fitness and self defense

Kick Boxing is a fun and exciting form of Martial Art that is easy to
learn and delivers an excellent level of fitness. Kick Boxing has been
around for over 1000 years but has only been introduced to the
western world since 1975

The results in this time have been outstanding with the use of the arms
and legs in an intense training manor, the cardio vascular workout is
the ultimate challenge. Good example of this is on Sandy's Page
